XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a motivated Investment Advisor to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. The role is within the XP Investimentos and Rico brands. The ideal candidate will have a commercial profile, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for consistent results. This is a 100% onsite position.

The Investment Advisor will receive comprehensive support for integration and development in the advisory role, enhancing communication skills, deepening knowledge of financial products, and gaining immersion in the financial market.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on wealth management.
• Creating investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and objectives.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Staying informed on market trends and economic developments.
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.

Requirements:

• Commercial profile and strong communication skills.
• High level of intensity and discipline for online client contact.
• Basic knowledge of macroeconomics and current events.
• Residency in Rio de Janeiro.
• Enrolled in (6th semester or later) or completed higher education.
• If still in college, must be enrolled in a night course.
