XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Financial Advisor to serve as a banker for affluent families. The Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to accelerate their career as a Banker, specializing in managing large fortunes within XP Inc.'s B2C segment. This role involves establishing long-term relationships with investors, originating portfolios of high-income investors, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in financial planning, identifying investment opportunities and ensuring high-quality service.

Role Involves:

Requirements:

• Availability to work in person.
• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Desire to pursue a career in Private Banking.
• Capacity to originate new clients.
• Fluent English.
• CPA-20 (mandatory to start working)
