Role Involves:

• Prospecting new businesses and clients.
• Managing portfolios and large accounts (both individual and corporate).
• Working across multiple areas in a short period.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Completed higher education.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Commercial experience (preferably in prospecting new business).
• Curiosity about the investment world.
• Interest in making a career transition.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (fixed income, variable income, funds, etc.).
• Currently working in other market segments.
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
