The role involves developing sales skills, prospecting clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of investment products, and immersing oneself in the financial market. The role involves:
- Prospecting new business and clients.
- Managing portfolios and large accounts (both individual and corporate).
- Organizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Persuading and building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial experience (preferably in prospecting).
- Curiosity about the investment world.
- Interest in a career transition.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (fixed income, variable income, funds, etc.).
- Currently working in other market segments (payment methods, fintech, etc.).
- Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
