• Working on multiple fronts in a short period

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture
• Completed higher education
• Commercial and relational profile
• Commercial experience (Hunter profile preferred)
• Curiosity about investments
• Interest in a career transition
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Currently working in other market segments
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent
