This initiative is designed for professionals looking to transition their careers into investment advisory roles. The program offers comprehensive support for integrating into the advisory field, developing sales and prospecting skills, and gaining expertise in investment products. Participants will also receive career development opportunities and support in obtaining the CPA-20 certification.

Role Involves:

• Prospecting new business and clients.
• Managing portfolios and large accounts (both individual and corporate).
• Developing sales and prospecting skills.
• Deepening knowledge of investment products.
• Immersing in the day-to-day operations of the financial market.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Completed higher education.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Commercial experience (preferably in prospecting new business).
• Curiosity about the world of investments.
• Interest in making a career transition.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (fixed income, variable income, funds, etc.).
• Currently working in other market segments (payment methods, fintech, etc.).
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
