The program seeks commercially skilled professionals aiming for a career transition into the financial market. The program includes a career path to becoming a successful commercial professional and obtaining CPA-20 certification.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on wealth management.
• Creating investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and goals.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Staying informed on market trends and economic scenarios.
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Completed higher education.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Commercial experience (preferably in new business prospecting).
• Curiosity about investments.
• Interest in a career transition.
• Basic knowledge of financial products.
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent.
