Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Planner de Consórcio to join their team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalized consulting to XP clients, focusing on the distribution of consortium products within the B2C channel.

The Planner de Consórcio will face challenges such as tailoring recommendations to meet the unique needs of each client, staying updated on evolving banking products and regulations, communicating complex concepts effectively, building strong client relationships, and managing time and demands efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying business opportunities
• Actively contacting clients
• Hunting for clients for consortium contracts
• Educating internal clients (advisory) on consortium products

Requirements:

• Commercial profile
• Communicative
• Knowledge of the Office package
• Completed or in progress higher education
• Knowledge of the consortium product
