Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Investor to join their team in Campinas. This role involves working with the asset allocation of clients in a sophisticated manner, ensuring portfolio alignment with individual client suitability. The Investor will serve as a technical reference, interfacing with business areas to strategically determine suitable assets and client profiles for specific offerings. They will also generate commercial insights for the team through training, data, and materials.Responsibilities:

• Attending XP's main clients, together with the client's Banker
• Serving as a technical reference on products, financial planning and asset allocation in the segment
• Identifying the best investment opportunities, guaranteeing commercial assertiveness
• Building and disseminating the best investment practices among advisors
• Conducting investment consultancy to guarantee excellence in service and monitor quality indicators
• Acting at a tactical and strategic level with areas that directly and indirectly impact the end customer

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture
• Commercial and relational profile
• Solid knowledge of financial products (RV, RF, Funds, Pension, among others)
• Knowledge of asset allocation, framework, base intelligence
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and its current situation
• Experience serving Private or High Income clients
• CFP or CGA or CFG certification
