Job Description

XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Investor to join their team in Curitiba. The Investor will be responsible for working the asset allocation of clients in a sophisticated way, guaranteeing the suitability of portfolios, according to the suitability of each client. The Investor will serve as a technical reference for the segment and act as a direct interface with the company's business areas, strategically considering which assets should be worked and which client profiles have a higher propensity for a particular offer. They generate commercial inputs for the entire team through training, data, materials, etc.

• Attending XP's main clients, together with the client's Banker
• Being a technical reference on products, financial planning and asset allocation in the segment
• Identifying the best investment opportunities, guaranteeing commercial assertiveness
• Building and disseminating the best investment practices among advisors
• Conducting investment consulting to guarantee excellence in service and monitor quality indicators
• Acting at a tactical and strategic level with areas that directly and indirectly impact the final client

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture
• Commercial and relational profile
• Solid knowledge of financial products (RV, RF, Funds, Pension, among others)
• Knowledge of asset allocation, framework, base intelligence
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and its current situation
• Experience serving Private or High Income clients
• CFP or CGA or CFG certification
