Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Investor to join their team in São Paulo. The Investor will play a crucial role in working the asset allocation of clients in a sophisticated manner, ensuring portfolio alignment with individual client suitability. This position involves serving as a technical reference, interfacing with business areas, and strategically identifying suitable assets and client profiles.

Responsibilities include:

• Attending to XP's main clients, together with the client's Banker.
• Serving as a technical reference on products, financial planning and asset allocation in the segment.
• Identifying the best investment opportunities, guaranteeing commercial assertiveness.
• Building and disseminating the best investment practices among advisors.
• Conducting investment consulting to guarantee excellence in service and monitor quality indicators.
• Acting at the tactical and strategic level with areas that directly and indirectly impact the final client.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Solid knowledge of financial products (RV, RF, Funds, Pension, among others).
• Knowledge of asset allocation, framing, base intelligence.
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and its current conjuncture.
• Experience serving Private or High Income clients.
• CEA, CFP, CGA or CFG certification.
