XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a talented Investor to join their team in São Paulo. The Investor will play a crucial role in working with client asset allocation, ensuring portfolio alignment with individual client suitability. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
The Investor will serve as a technical reference for the segment, acting as a direct interface with business areas to strategically determine which assets to focus on and which client profiles are most suited for specific offerings. They will also generate commercial insights for the team through training, data analysis, and materials development.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to XP's main clients, together with the client's Banker.
- Serving as a technical reference on products, financial planning, and asset allocation within the segment.
- Identifying optimal investment opportunities to ensure commercial effectiveness.
- Building and disseminating best investment practices among advisors.
- Conducting investment consulting to guarantee excellent service and monitor quality indicators.
- Operating at both tactical and strategic levels with areas that directly and indirectly impact the end client.
Requirements:
- Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
- Commercial and relational profile.
- Solid knowledge of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Pension Plans, etc.).
- Knowledge of asset allocation, alignment, and base intelligence.
- Understanding of macroeconomics and its current context.
- Experience serving Private or High-Income clients.
- CFP, CGA, or CFG certification.
