Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a talented Investor to join their team in Vitória. This role is within the Strategy XP team and involves sophisticated asset allocation for clients, ensuring portfolio alignment with individual client suitability. The Investor acts as a technical reference, interfacing with business areas to strategically select assets and identify client profiles for specific offerings. They also provide commercial insights through training and data analysis.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving key XP clients in collaboration with the client's Banker.
• Acting as a technical expert on products, financial planning, and asset allocation.
• Identifying optimal investment opportunities for commercial success.
• Developing and promoting best investment practices among advisors.
• Providing investment consulting to ensure service excellence and monitor quality metrics.
• Operating at both tactical and strategic levels with areas impacting the end client.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Pension Plans, etc.).
• Understanding of asset allocation, compliance, and database intelligence.
• Knowledge of macroeconomics and current economic conditions.
• Experience serving Private or High-Income clients.
• CFP, CGA, or CFG certification.
