XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Junior CRM Analyst to join InfoMoney's Acquisition team. InfoMoney is the largest communication company specializing in markets, investments, and business.This role focuses on evolving communication journeys and increasing conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the financial market, news, and education.Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of CRM strategies.
  • Planning multi-channel communication journeys (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Creating reports with results and presenting insights on KPIs.
  • Transforming insights into actions to improve channel performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for customer growth and loyalty.
  • Organizing the content production calendar for communication flows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in analyzing CRM campaign data.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
