Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Growth Associate to join its Growth Business team. This team is responsible for the accelerated and sustainable growth of XP Inc.'s active client base. The Growth Associate will support the acquisition team in defining and executing business strategies, developing cross-functional skills in data, technology, analytics, and performance within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is based in São Paulo, SP, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at the office three times a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ideating and creating value propositions for attracting and activating new clients.
  • Creating and managing acquisition strategies.
  • Developing and analyzing tests to boost client acquisition.
  • Implementing and managing acquisition tools (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business).
  • Analyzing data, measuring, and modeling results.
  • Interacting with stakeholders from Marketing, commercial teams, product teams, design, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Analytical profile and business acumen.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Advanced English.
