Fortra is seeking a Regional Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies for the West Region. The Regional Sales Director will lead a high-performing sales team, build key client relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver customer value and achieve growth targets.Role involves:
Developing and implementing sales strategies.

Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a sales team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7-10 years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in leadership within cybersecurity or technology.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset.
Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
