Job Description

The AI Leader role at Simpplr involves leading a team of engineers and data scientists to develop AI-driven enterprise search solutions and other AI initiatives. The candidate will provide strategic direction, foster innovation, and ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance in AI, machine learning, and search technologies.
• Champion AI ethics and responsible development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Actively consider product-market fit and customer value.
• Independently make key decisions and take ownership of the product’s success.
• Insulate the team from external noise.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years managing technical teams.
• Proven track record of leading AI and search-related product development.
• Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, and enterprise search technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise search architectures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
