Sales Development Representative - StreetFair

Job Description

Frontier is seeking a Sales Development Representative for StreetFair, a home services marketplace. StreetFair connects homeowners with service providers in their neighborhood, offering a platform for finding, hiring, and recommending local businesses. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving market supply growth by bringing home service businesses onto the StreetFair app.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for building customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations. This role involves making 20-30 calls per day and collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO on a weekly basis.

What this role involves:

• Reaching out to small businesses and vendors to introduce them to StreetFair
• Confidently and clearly communicate the value of joining our platform
• Manage and track outreach using HubSpot CRM
• Support the vendor onboarding process and handoff to internal teams
• Collaborate with sales and operations to refine strategy and improve performance

Requirements:

• Very high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer savvy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong work ethic and a passion for doing things right
• Excellent communication skills (you will have to make calls/zooms with providers)
