Job Description

Fresh Prints, a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up, is seeking a Logistics and Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations Associates. This role offers the opportunity to fully own a part of the supply chain, manage communications with vendors and customers, and drive team success. The Logistics and Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring goals are reached and logistical issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Ops Associates
  • Managing communications with vendors & customers
  • Managing escalations from the team and solving logistical issues
  • Setting and tracking team metrics
  • Make sure all goals are reached
  • One on one meetings with your direct reports and with the AD of Operations

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and 3+ years experience as an Operations Manager
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to make decisions without direct supervision
  • Ability to negotiate positive outcomes
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in working night shift
