Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking a Project Manager to join PUBG Studios' ARC team for the development of PUBG: BLINDSPOT. The ARC team is composed of experienced developers focused on creating innovative games. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various internal and external teams, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

The Project Manager will be responsible for understanding the project's evolving needs and ensuring that the right information is communicated to the right people, and that tasks are progressing as planned. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Role involves:

• Communicating with multiple organizations within and outside the company.
• Facilitating collaboration across different areas.
• Understanding and conveying project status updates.
• Ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience in completing a project from initial development to launch and service.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between different opinions.
• Ability to write clear and concise meeting minutes.
• Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts based on trust.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
