Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Premium Sales Team Designer to join their team in Seoul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the launch and management of PUBG PC and Console products and stores. This role focuses on enhancing sales based on key performance indicators.
Role involves:
- Establishing annual product launch plans and adjusting launch timings.
- Setting themes, product configurations, and pricing for launched products, including live updates.
- Managing game item data.
- Handling store management tasks, such as featured pages.
- Coordinating small-scale collaborations.
- Serving as a point of contact (POC) for communication with PHQ regarding products and events.
- Monitoring overall sales indicators, identifying anomalies, and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills across various departments.
- Proficiency in Excel for data processing.
- Interest in and understanding of game monetization content.
- Ability to derive insights from data analysis and metrics and apply them to game services.
- Broad interest in culture, including games, movies, dramas, novels, fashion, and music, with deep knowledge in one area.
- Minimum of 100 hours of PUBG PC gameplay.
- Experience in establishing hypotheses based on data and verifying them through metrics.
- No restrictions on international travel.
