Job Description
PUBG Studios is seeking a talented and experienced Scenario Planner to join their KIZNA Cell. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for RPG and CCG genres, with the ability to conceptualize and concretize abstract ideas into compelling game scenarios. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize user experience through strategic planning and game system design.
The Scenario Planner will be responsible for designing new scenarios and in-game systems, writing engaging game scenarios and dialogues, and establishing strategic plans during the game content development phase. They will also optimize user experience through game play and system planning.

Role Involves:
- Designing new scenarios and in-game systems
- Writing engaging game scenarios and dialogues
- Establishing strategic plans during game content development
- Optimizing user experience through game play and system planning
Requirements:
- Deep understanding and passion for RPG and CCG genres
- Ability to concretize character concepts and visuals
- Understanding of tasks for smooth collaboration with other teams
- Ability to transform abstract ideas into persuasive game scenarios
- Communication skills and a desire for improvement to continuously enhance work quality
- Ability to deeply play various games and clearly communicate the experience to others
- Submission of a portfolio (choose one): a subculture portfolio in the form of a novel or script, or a portfolio in the form of an order form for character settings and designs
- No restrictions on overseas travel
