Job Description
Krafton is seeking a Lead Programmer/Technical Director for PUBG: BLINDSPOT within their ARC team. The ARC team, part of PUBG Studios, is composed of experienced developers with a track record of successful game launches. This small, agile team of fewer than 20 members focuses on rapid iterative development based on daily playtests, leveraging support from various internal organizations and external resources.
The Lead Programmer/Technical Director will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of PUBG: BLINDSPOT, a top-down tactical PvP game featuring innovative military shooting mechanics, diverse weapons and tactical tools, engaging characters, and indoor combat environments with destructible elements.
Role Involves:
- Designing and implementing code bases, conventions, and production pipelines.
- Providing and implementing solutions to technical challenges.
- Mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Managing and leading overall technical aspects.

- Experience leading game development from initial stages to release using Unreal Engine.
