Job Description
BitGo is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions. This role involves building robust APIs and services to power wallet services, collaborating with design and product managers to develop new UIs & APIs, and creating reusable code for complex business use cases. The engineer will also provide mentorship, maintenance support, and take ownership of functionality and scalability features from inception to deployment.
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong, resilient, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to power wallet services.
- Managing BitGo’s technical architecture.
- Collaborating with design and product managers to plan and develop new UIs & APIs.
- Building reusable and scalable code for complex business use cases.
- Providing mentorship to peers through code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Providing maintenance support and enhancing performance to existing applications.
- Owning functionality and scalability features from inception to deployment.
- Exposing and documenting functionality to the UI, third-party developers, and internal/external tooling.
Requirements include:
- At least 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Node.js, Typescript, Mongodb, and Express applications.
- Experience with React/NextJS.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong experience with RESTful API design.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or another technical discipline.
