The role involves solving escalated issues, troubleshooting, and providing follow-up support to customers. It requires managing B2B clients and proposing solutions based on customer claims.
Role Involves: - Solving escalated issues through different channels
- Troubleshooting and creating detailed notes in the admin system
- Providing follow-up calls to customers
- Creating options for customers interested in canceling orders
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a Customer success agent / Customer representative
- Previous experience managing B2B clients
- Intermediate English
- English professional proficiency (preferred)
- Patient, pays attention to detail, a great communicator
- Office / Google Drive (Advanced)
- CSS e.g: Zendesk or similar (Advanced)
- CRM e.g: Hubspot or similar (Intermediate)
- High level of quality and excellence in service
- Multitasker, ability to handle several tickets at the same time
