Job Description

BitGo is seeking an experienced Recruiter Generalist to join their Talent team and support the company's growth in India. The Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Communicating the BitGo story to candidates
• Building relationships with hiring managers
• Building a pipeline of candidates
• Qualifying candidates
• Collaborating with the recruiting and HR team
• Handling ad-hoc hiring requests
• Identifying creative ways to attract talent
• Collaborating with multiple org leaders in hiring strategies

Requirements:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a tech start-up
• Experience with global hiring teams
• Knowledge of technical frameworks
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
