Job Description

BitGo, a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Japan. This role involves leading technical and product aspects for pre and post-sales activities. The Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in client relationship management, understanding client requirements, and providing technical support in collaboration with the Technical Support and Customer Success teams.

The role also includes collaborating with Product Management and Engineering Teams to contribute to the development of new product features and serving as the client advocate by providing feedback to the internal team. The Solutions Engineer will also provide clear understanding of client requirements for the Sales Team during their sales calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities.
  • Continuous client relationship management.
  • Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering Teams.
  • Serve as the client advocate.
  • Provide clear understanding of client requirements for the Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity.
  • Strong experience with leading and managing client engagements and projects.
  • RFx/ DDQ experience.
  • Extremely high professionalism.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication and comprehension.
  • Ability to self-manage and use best professional judgment as needed.
  • Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and financial services and products.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
