Job Description

Clipboard Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their Worker Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving the quality of support provided to healthcare professionals using the Clipboard Health platform. The Quality Assurance Auditor will be responsible for auditing tickets, phone calls, and chat transcripts to ensure compliance, appropriate tone, and operational accuracy.

Clipboard Health is a Series C marketplace company that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, allowing professionals to book on-demand shifts and facilities to access on-demand talent. They are a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of 600+ people.

Role Involves:

  • Auditing agent interactions (calls, tickets, chats)
  • Identifying quality gaps, tone mismatches, and compliance issues
  • Delivering structured feedback through written quality reviews and coaching notes
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Support TLs and QA Leads
  • Monitoring and supporting improvement plans
  • Contributing to the evolution of QA processes
  • Facilitating calibration sessions
  • Supporting frontline queues on occasion

Requirements:

  • +2 years of quality assurance experience
  • +2 years of customer service or support experience
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Structured thinker, strong communicator
  • Resilient under pressure

  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Comfortable using tools like Zendesk and Metabase
  • Minimum 15Mbps wired internet connection
  • Minimum i5 processor or equivalent
