Clipboard Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a B2B Support Specialist, acting as the frontline account manager for healthcare facilities. This is a fully remote position where the specialist will proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can think on their feet and doesn’t require micromanagement.

What This Role Involves:
  • Owning and resolving customer issues end-to-end via phone and email.
  • Preventing churn and driving retention by identifying potential issues.
  • Engaging in real-time problem-solving, handling at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily.
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine care for helping customers.
  • Strong and clear professional English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to find long-term solutions.
  • High accountability and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
  • Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
  • Wired headset for clear communication.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
