Clipboard Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a B2B Support Specialist, acting as the frontline account manager for healthcare facilities. This is a fully remote position where the specialist will proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can think on their feet and doesn’t require micromanagement.
What This Role Involves:
- Owning and resolving customer issues end-to-end via phone and email.
- Preventing churn and driving retention by identifying potential issues.
- Engaging in real-time problem-solving, handling at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily.
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine care for helping customers.
- Strong and clear professional English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Proactive problem-solving skills to find long-term solutions.
- High accountability and a commitment to delivering results.
- Reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
