Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Clipboard Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to their app-based marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and professionals. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for crafting solutions that reshape how healthcare professionals and facilities connect.

The role involves:

• Writing performant backend services using Node/NestJS and frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.
• Developing reusable components and utilities for web and mobile applications.
• Owning the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Collaborating with product managers and customers to understand their needs.
• Participating in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability.

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS.
• Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing and E2E testing.
• Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and cloud-based application deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.
