Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to its mission of improving lives by connecting healthcare professionals with facilities through its app-based marketplace. The Software Engineer will join a fast-growing, remote team and play a key role in developing and maintaining features for the healthcare staffing platform.
Role Involves:
- Writing scalable, performant code using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Developing reusable components and utilities for web and mobile solutions.
- Owning the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Collaborating with product managers and customers to understand and solve real-world problems.
- Participating in a remote-first culture, communicating effectively with a globally distributed team.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Comfortable with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) deployment processes.
- Strong foundation in testing methodologies.
- Customer-focused and thrive in a high-impact environment.
