Clipboard Health is seeking a Generalist to join their Corporate, Product & Operations team. This is a remote role within the U.S. The company is a fast-growing Series C marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals through an app-based platform. Clipboard Health has been profitable since 2022 and fills millions of shifts annually across the US.The Generalist will be an entrepreneurial problem solver focused on improving customer lives and building the business. The specific responsibilities will vary, offering high-impact, fast-paced work. This role is open to candidates with a wide range of experience levels.Responsibilities May Include:

• Troubleshooting pricing across existing markets and designing new algorithms.
• Launching new markets.
• Managing a team of Collections Account Managers.
• Building a new LLM-based chatbot for customer support.
• Redesigning processes for reaching out to workers about opportunities.

Requirements:

• No specific experience is required.
• Must be able to overlap 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone.
