Clipboard Health is seeking a Generalist to join their Corporate, Product & Operations team. This is a remote role open to candidates in Canada, LATAM, and Europe. Clipboard Health's mission is to improve lives by connecting healthcare facilities and professionals through their app-based marketplace.

The Generalist will be an entrepreneurial problem solver focused on improving customer experiences and building the business. The role is high impact and fast-paced, with opportunities to directly affect customers and the company's growth.

Role Involves:

• Troubleshooting pricing across existing markets and designing new algorithms.
• Launching new markets.
• Managing a team of Collections Account Managers.
• Building a new LLM-based chatbot for customer support.
• Redesigning processes for reaching out to workers about opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be able to overlap 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone.
