Clipboard Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their fast-growing team. The company's app-based marketplace connects healthcare facilities and professionals, enabling on-demand shift booking and talent access. Clipboard Health is a Series C marketplace leader in the Long Term Care vertical, expanding into other areas. They are a profitable YC Top Company with a global, remote team.This role involves working within the Product team to address the needs of users in the rapidly growing Marketplace. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the business, users, and product to drive innovation and fill user needs.Responsibilities:

• Work with a fast-growing engineering organization.
• Manage millions of dollars of invoices and payments.
• Identify and fill the needs of users.
• Innovate in ways users didn't know they needed.
• Adapt quickly and learn the business, users, and product.

Requirements:

• Extreme Ownership.
• Extreme Curiosity.
• Experience shipping features in a small PM team.
• Based in North America, South America, or Europe.
• Overlap of 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) timezone.
