Vertical Launcher ($10k Sign-On Bonus)

Clipboard Health is seeking a Vertical Launcher to identify and launch new labor marketplaces. The Vertical Launcher will focus on the initial phases of vertical growth, from discovery to establishing repeatable growth motions. This role involves speaking with operators and professionals, pushing for initial transactions, and building scalable growth strategies. The Vertical Launcher is not expected to take a line of business to $10M+ annualized GSV.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery to identify potential new verticals.
• Drive the first transaction to assess market pull and scalability.
• Build repeatable growth motions on both sides of the marketplace.
• Recycle and repeat the process on new opportunities.
