Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking an Account Manager to ensure the success of partnerships with healthcare facility customers. This role involves being a resource for facilities, liaising with corporate contacts, and monitoring business metrics. The Account Manager will build relationships with providers and healthcare executives, educate stakeholders on product workflows, and gather feedback for product development. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a book of business and addressing customer issues.
  • Building trust with healthcare executives.
  • Articulating the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products.
  • Gathering feedback from customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Relationship management experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% to local healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to try new things.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
