Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking an Account Manager to ensure the success of partnerships with healthcare facility customers. This role involves being a resource for facilities, liaising with corporate contacts, and monitoring business metrics. The Account Manager will build relationships with providers and healthcare executives, articulate the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products, and gather feedback for product development. The role is primarily remote, with occasional local travel (10-20%).

Responsibilities:
  • Own a book of business, routinely speaking with assigned accounts, solving issues as they arise, and helping customers stay current on invoices.
  • Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition our products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and educate on the products’ workflows.
  • Capture feedback from prospects on their needs, wants, and pains, and share that feedback with product teams to develop our offering.
  • Work cross functionally with different teams internally to execute excellently on various trials and initiatives we perform with existing customers.

Requirements:
  • Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to local healthcare facilities in your area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to try / lack of fear.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
