Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking an Account Manager to ensure the success of partnerships with healthcare facility customers. This role involves being a resource for facilities, liaising with corporate contacts, and monitoring business metrics. The Account Manager will work to deliver an optimal experience at every level of clients’ organizations. The role is primarily remote, with occasional local travel (about 10–20%) to meet with nearby healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own a book of business, routinely speaking with assigned accounts, solving issues as they arise, and helping customers stay current on invoices
- Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives by demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding of clinical workflows in order to build meaningful relationships
- Clearly articulate the value proposition our products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and educate on the products’ workflows
- Capture feedback from prospects on their needs, wants, and pains, and share that feedback with product teams to develop our offering
- Work cross functionally with different teams internally to execute excellently on various trials and initiatives we perform with existing customers
Requirements:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to local healthcare facilities in your area (Travel and lodging expenses will be covered)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
