Clipboard Health is seeking an Account Manager to foster strong relationships with healthcare facility customers. This role is crucial for ensuring the continued success of partnerships by providing optimal experiences at all levels of client organizations. The Account Manager will serve as a primary resource for facilities, addressing issues, liaising with corporate contacts, and monitoring key business metrics. This position requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with a diligent approach to execution.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a book of business, communicating with assigned accounts, and resolving issues.
  • Establishing credibility with healthcare executives by demonstrating business acumen and understanding clinical workflows.
  • Articulating the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products to stakeholders.
  • Gathering feedback from prospects and sharing it with product teams.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Relationship management experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel 10-20% to local healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to try new things.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
