Clipboard Health is seeking a Director of Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mid-Market Account Executives and Team Leads. The Director will be responsible for owning a revenue number and driving demand strategy. Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals.Role involves:
- Building and driving demand strategy.
- Actively engaging in relationship and opportunity development.
- Managing and reporting forecast and pipeline.
- Analyzing data to maximize successes and develop new growth opportunities.
- Creating scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks.
Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience over Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams.
- Ability to write clearly and easily.
- Comfort with analytical writing.
- Ability to move fast and experiment.
- Inquisitive nature and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate team performance.
