Clipboard Health is seeking a Director of Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mid-Market Account Executives and Team Leads. The Director will be responsible for owning a revenue number and driving demand strategy. Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals.Role involves:
  • Building and driving demand strategy.
  • Actively engaging in relationship and opportunity development.
  • Managing and reporting forecast and pipeline.
  • Analyzing data to maximize successes and develop new growth opportunities.
  • Creating scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks.
Requirements:
  • Several years of leadership experience over Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams.
  • Ability to write clearly and easily.
  • Comfort with analytical writing.
  • Ability to move fast and experiment.
  • Inquisitive nature and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate team performance.
