Job Description
Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a NetSuite System Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This role involves providing technical support, building system enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve system functionality. The NetSuite System Analyst will work closely with fellow admins/analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automations and solutions.Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite.
- Design and configure customizations in all NetSuite modules.
- Utilize SuiteScript and workflows to automate business processes.
- Implement NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Create customized reports, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytic workbooks.
- Leverage NetSuite ODBC to create and validate advanced SQL reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within NetSuite.
- Author detailed design/specification documents.
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with teammates and stakeholders.
- Minimum five years of experience in administrating NetSuite ERP.
- Expertise in configuring NetSuite accounting modules and features.
- Experience in developing using NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
- Experience on integrating external systems with NetSuite.
- Adept in using NetSuite ODBC, relational databases, SQL, and data management.
- Familiarity with NetSuite best practices and methodologies.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
