NetSuite System Analyst

Job Description

Intercom is seeking a NetSuite System Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving the company's NetSuite environment, ensuring it supports the standards of a high-performing, scalable company. The NetSuite System Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance system functionality.

Intercom expects employees to be in the office at least two days per week.

What this role involves:

• Providing ongoing support to end-users and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite.
• Designing and configuring customizations in all NetSuite modules.
• Utilizing SuiteScript and workflows to automate business processes.
• Implementing NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
• Performing unit and integration testing.
• Creating customized reports and saved searches.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization within NetSuite.
• Authoring detailed design/specification documents.
• Collaborating and communicating efficiently with teammates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in administrating NetSuite ERP.
• Expertise in configuring NetSuite accounting modules and features.
• Experience in developing using NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
• Experience on integrating external systems with NetSuite.
• Adept in using NetSuite ODBC, relational databases, SQL, and data management.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
