NetSuite System Analyst

Job Description

Intercom, the AI Customer Service company, is seeking a NetSuite System Analyst to enhance its Enterprise Systems. This role involves providing technical support, building system enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve system functionality.Intercom is looking for someone who can:

• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite.
• Design and configure customizations in all NetSuite modules.
• Utilize SuiteScript and workflows to automate business processes.
• Implement NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Create customized reports, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytic workbooks.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within NetSuite.
• Author detailed design/specification documents.
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with teammates and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum five years of experience in administrating NetSuite ERP.
• Expertise in configuring NetSuite accounting modules and features.
• Experience in developing using NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
• Experience on integrating external systems with NetSuite.
• Adept in using NetSuite ODBC, relational databases, SQL, and data management.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
