Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and scale its recruiting team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves driving operational excellence, talent strategy, and performance rigor. The manager will oversee a team of contract and full-time recruiters, optimize workflows, enhance recruiting data visibility, and drive key strategic initiatives.
The Technical Recruiting Manager will work closely with senior technical stakeholders across various departments to shape a best-in-class hiring process. What this role involves:
- Setting and upholding a high-performance bar for the recruiting team.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters.
- Designing and executing key strategic initiatives.
- Enhancing data visibility through recruiting dashboards.
- Developing and executing strategies to attract and close world-class candidates.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to technical leaders.
- Building and executing event strategies to enhance employer brand visibility.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 4+ years managing recruiting teams.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in the EMEA technical talent market landscape.
- Strong operational expertise in optimizing workflows and onboarding processes.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics and talent analytics.
- Strong ability to partner with technical leaders and influence hiring strategies.
- Experience with the latest recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
