Intercom is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a 12-month contract. The Technical Recruiter will be instrumental in hiring exceptional talent to power the technology behind Fin, Intercom's AI agent. This role involves building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and using data-driven insights to improve recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and representing Intercom's values.

Requirements: - 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Strong ability to source and attract top engineering talent.
- Solid understanding of the global technical hiring landscape, particularly in Ireland.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Availability to be onsite at the Dublin office for at least 2 days per week.
