Intercom, the AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Storyteller to lead and evolve the product narrative across its website. This role is a senior-level, strategic position at the intersection of product marketing, web strategy, design/UX, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure the website is a compelling and high-performing showcase of Intercom's AI customer service solutions. The Senior Manager will oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of product storytelling on the web, managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.What This Role Involves:

• Owning and driving the product story across Intercom’s website.
• Overseeing and leading a team of two.
• Developing and implementing a scalable web content strategy.
• Defining messaging for new features and updates.
• Partnering with product marketing, growth, design, and engineering.
• Using data and experimentation to refine messaging and page performance.
• Championing a best-in-class web experience.
• Driving alignment across teams for messaging consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, web content strategy, or digital storytelling.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and growing a team.
• Deep expertise in web strategy, content, and conversion optimization.
• A strong understanding of AI and customer service technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• High attention to detail.
• Proven track record of partnering with product, web, and design teams.
