Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a French-Speaking Account Executive to join their team in London. This role is crucial for driving the growth of Intercom's new business within the SMB segment (50-200 employee companies). The Account Executive will play a key role in building a world-class sales organization.He will evangelize Intercom's product, manage the full sales cycle, provide accurate forecasts, maintain product knowledge, create tailored demonstrations, engage in team development, and represent the customer's voice.
Responsibilities: - Spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across the SMB segment.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Intercom's product and processes.
- Creating tailored demonstrations for clients.
- Engaging in team development and mentoring.
- Representing the voice of the customer.
- Contributing to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business.
Requirements: - Fluency in French.
- 2+ years of experience in a closing role.
- 1+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
- Experience in outbound prospecting.
- Strong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving organization.
- Ability to close net new business in a competitive environment.
