Job Description
Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a French-Speaking Account Executive to join their team in London. This role is crucial for driving the growth of Intercom's new business within the SMB segment (50-200 employee companies). The Account Executive will play a key role in building a world-class sales organization.He will evangelize Intercom's product, manage the full sales cycle, provide accurate forecasts, maintain product knowledge, create tailored demonstrations, engage in team development, and represent the customer's voice.Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across the SMB segment.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Intercom's product and processes.
  • Creating tailored demonstrations for clients.
  • Engaging in team development and mentoring.
  • Representing the voice of the customer.
  • Contributing to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing role.
  • 1+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Strong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving organization.
  • Ability to close net new business in a competitive environment.
  • Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
