Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Commercial team. This role focuses on growing existing business by building relationships with small business customers and providing solutions based on the Intercom platform. The Account Executive will develop strategic territory plans, collaborate with various teams, and track key metrics related to customer growth and product usage.

Role Involves:
  • Building relationships with Intercom’s small business customers
  • Understanding customer business pains and providing solutions
  • Developing strategic territory plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to customer growth

Requirements:
  • 2+ years managing a large book of business
  • 1+ years selling SaaS products
  • Experience managing procurement processes
  • Strong sales instincts and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships
