• Collaborating with Product Marketing to tailor launch assets for the field.
• Developing and executing a content management strategy.
• Scoping knowledge gaps and enablement requests.
• Managing communications and calendars for training programs.
• Designing, developing, and delivering education programs.
• Facilitating training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Implementing post-training communications and resource access.
• Onboarding new sales team members.
• Implementing metrics to assess training effectiveness.
• Providing feedback to stakeholders on training outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining high-quality training materials.
• Providing ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
• Leading enablement programming for global initiatives.

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or a quota-carrying sales role in a SaaS organization.
• Experience delivering training both in-person and remotely.
• Experience designing self-paced learning interventions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of sales process and success criteria.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Group facilitation skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Experience in deal coaching.
