Job Description
Intercom is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their team in London. Intercom is the AI Customer Service company on a mission to help businesses provide incredible customer experiences. The successful candidate will focus on evolving Intercom's IT infrastructure, with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. This role offers a great opportunity to join an ambitious IT team that leverages SaaS-based solutions.
The role involves:
- Identifying and solving automation and integration problems.
- Designing, building, and owning automations and integrations.
- Participating in cross-organisational projects.
- Governing and promoting automation through enablement and education.
- Driving IT incident response.
- Integrating and utilising AI tooling.
Requirements:
- Passion for systems and automation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of a high-level programming language.
- Experience building and operating systems in the cloud.
